Our expertise covers the complete range of permanent magnet materials, including; alnico, ferrite, Samarium Cobalt, Neodymium Iron Boron, and production routes, including; sintering, extrusion, calendaring, injection moulding.

Magnet Applications also undertakes a wide range of design contracts and with the ability to build magnetising fixtures and manufacture magnets and components in house we can offer rapid prototype services.

Design has become a critical feature of the Group's growth. We undertake design contracts across a wide range of industries including automotive and defence.

Magnets are produced at both our sites with parts ranging from several hundred per month to in excess of 2 million pieces per month.

Magnetisation is carried out with fixtures designed and built in-house. This enables us to offer a complete product with total ownership of the magnet.

Both Sub Assemblies and Technical Assemblies are manufactured in house. This work runs from one-offs to many thousands a month.

Prototype Build is undertaken as 'proof of concept' or 'design validation'. With our customers we explore further production refinements as part of a finished product.
