Sintered Neodymium magnets come in blocks, rings and in discs. These magnets are made by sintering NdFeB alloy, the sintering process allows the maximum amount of energy per unit to be stored permanently making a very string magnet which is very hard to demagnetise. The sintering process is the practice of heating materials to make a solid; this process can be carried out on all metals and ceramics.
